The estate has been lovingly restored, retaining all of the original charm and whose custodians proudly engage in self-sustainable practices. The ultimate beauty of this land is the community that presides over it - the family that pours love into its vineyards, olive groves, gardens, and the home itself.

We have been so grateful to feel like we, too, are part of the family - each and every woman who passes through their doors is welcomed into the and community as if they have always been a part of it. Get ready to be welcomed home!

ONE DAY AT THE RETREAT

10 am - yoga (all levels)

11 - 1 pm - free time or hands-on workshop, e.g. pasta making

1 pm - home-cooked traditional lunch

2 - 5 pm - free time (pool, hammocks, strolls on the property, art, reading, etc.)

5 - 6:30 pm - group workshop (topics vary)

7 pm – home-cooked traditional dinner

8 pm - free time (& sunset gazing!)

Since 2018, I’ve hosted 11 incredible groups of women in a fairy-tale Umbrian estate, tucked into rolling green hills and far from the outside world. I'm excited to now be curating retreats for private and corporate groups with customized experiences focusing on wellness, team-building, and self-care.

I'm fueled by my passion for Italy, its dynamic culture, simple yet decadent food, and its secret hidden gems. I was raised in an Italian-Canadian home where beloved traditions were cultivated over the years, my family nurturing within me a love of slow living, slow food, and connection to nature.

There’s nothing that fuels me more at our retreats than seeing so many smiling faces when a group of women first steps foot on the property, watching them ease into a natural state of “just being”, and witnessing lifelong friendships form. All the small moments of joy, reflection, and hearts touched at the end of each week reminds me why I’m on this path.

I am here to serve, to open up a magical, safe space for women to feel completely at ease to be themselves, to step into joy, wonder, play, and possibility.

I am here to bridge the gap between retreat reality, and “the real world” - to foster the growing community of international women of all ages. My vision is one where I can bring strangers together to inspire each other to take those steps into the unknown to feed their autonomy and freedom. And to remind each other just how powerful and essential sisterhood truly is.

YOUR RETREAT HOME

We acknowledge that travelling solo or haring a room may feel daunting at first, but we promise that the experience is uplifting and allows for deeper connections and a sense of community. We strive to create a safe space where all women are welcome, and where sisterhood is our common ground.

Each bedroom has views of the surrounding hills and is part of one of two apartments, each with its own living area and kitchen. The property itself is home a salt water pool with a view of the mountains, a dedicated yoga studio, hammocks, and laundering. While we do encourage guests to engage in mindful presence without technology, we do acknowledge that keeping connected to family is important - as such, we do have accessible WiFi around the property.

Guests will be able to choose from a selection of three different eco-lux rooms - all of which are beautifully decorated in a traditional and luxurious rustic Italian style.
