Facilitators
Sarah LIVE YOUR TRUTH YOGA DIRECTOR first discovered Puerto Viejo and Amaser 10 years ago when visiting for an advanced training. From that point forward her life began to shift and transform in the most beautiful way. There is a magic in the people, places, and nature of this jungle seaside town that cannot be duplicated.
Sarah continues to return to this space for the winter months to deepen her study of yoga and other healing modalities. Her true passion and purpose include continuing to expand her own practices and sharing these beautiful teachings of Yoga, Ayurveda, Reiki, and Plant medicines with others.
Her path thus far has included studies in Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and sport psychology, 500 hr RYT, Reiki Master, Ayurvedic studies, Yoga Teacher Trainer, Sound Healing, YACEP education provider, Mindset/NLP/EFT and Cacao Circle facilitator,
Sarah welcomes you to this special retreat with 18 years experience working with people to help cultivate a healthy, happy and whole life that is in alignment with their truth.
